How to Apply (5 Easy Steps)

1. Complete the Online Application Form

Visit our “Apply Online” page and fill out the application with student details, previous school records, and preferred stage/grade.

2. Review & Documentation

Submit your academic transcripts, birth certificate, passport copy, and any relevant reports. Our admissions team reviews all documentation.

3. Assessment & Interview

Prospective students may be asked to sit for a short assessment (age-appropriate) or attend an interview. This helps us understand their learning style and readiness.

4. Offer & Acceptance

Once approved, we issue an offer letter. You accept by completing the enrolment forms and paying the initial fees/deposit.

5. Orientation & Start

Before your child’s first day, we provide orientation sessions, campus tours, and introduce them to key staff. Then they step into the Kinderworld family!

Admissions open year-round, but new intakes are typically in January, May, and September

Priority is given to completed applications by set deadlines

Late applications may be considered subject to seat availability

FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions)

A: We accept new applicants into any Key Stage (Early Years through Key Stage 5), subject to space availability and readiness assessment.
A: Yes — we allocate limited scholarships and need-based support. Please inquire during your application.
A: After you submit all documents and complete assessments, we aim to inform you within 2–3 weeks.
A: Placement is based on evaluation of previous performance, readiness, and alignment with our curriculum. Exceptional students may be fast-tracked after assessment.
A: We conduct orientation sessions, assign peer buddies (especially for younger learners), and provide access to learning materials to help students settle in smoothly.
